Carine Martinez is a senior policy analyst. Her 10-plus years in public policy has enabled her to develop policy expertise in border security, Texas- and U.S.-Mexico relations, economic development programs, and alcoholic beverages regulations, as well as economic freedom issues and conservative public policy in general.
Previously, she worked at the Texas Public Policy Foundation as campaign director for border security and director of research and publications, at the Charles Koch Institute as research associate, and at Texas Action as policy analyst.
Carine holds a bachelor's degree in international business affairs and a master's degree in American studies from the Sorbonne University in Paris, France. An immigrant from France, she has been pursuing her American Dream in Texas since 2013 and has been a proud American citizen since 2019.
