Tori MacFarlan is a senior policy analyst for the Texas Conservative Coalition Research Institute. She is an eighth-generation Texan who grew up in San Antonio and received her B.A. in Religious Studies from Dallas Baptist University (DBU).
Tori worked in the Texas Legislature as Chief of Staff for Rep. Jacey Jetton, who was appointed Chair of Appropriations Article II and served on the committees for Public Health, Elections, Redistricting, and Local & Consent Calendars. As Chief of Staff, Tori led a team that navigated the legislative process to pass significant conservative legislation and pass a balanced budget. Prior to her tenure in the Texas Capitol, she worked for Congressman Pete Olson (TX-22) in the Greater-Houston area.
