TCCRI will host a Financial Services Policy Summit in Austin featuring statewide officials, legislators, and

private sector experts.

 

The event will be comprised of two panel discussions, the first of which will be focused on

the Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE), which willbegin trading in 2026. The panel will discuss the importance of maintaining state-level policies that foster high-level financial investment in Texas and allow the TXSE to compete with established financial markets.

 

The second panel will discuss consumer financial services polices and regulations, and the importance of allowing everyday Texans to access credit as well as other financial instruments, such as earned wage access services, free of unnecessary government regulation.

 

Elected officials will be joined by private sector experts and stakeholders during both panel discussions.

​The event will be hosted between 11:30am - 2:00pm. Lunch will be provided.
