Please join TCCRI for an Energy Infrastructure Policy Summit on Wednesday, September 30 at the Austin Club. The event will feature Chairman Drew Darby, additional legislators (TBA), and private sector experts and stakeholders on two panel discussions. One panel will focus on electric generation, including the state's growing power needs, its capacity to meet those needs, and what the industry and lawmakers are doing to ensure Texas remains a leader and innovator in the energy generation space. A second panel will discuss important policy issues relating to energy transmission, including the Permian Basin Reliability Plan, 765-kV transmission lines, property rights, and additional conversations taking place as lawmakers head into the 90th Legislative session.
