Gray Rutledge is the Director of Communications for the Texas Conservative Coalition Research Institute. As a Jack of all trades for TCCRI, Gray can be found managing a varied portfolio; editing websites one day, then developing programs, drafting remarks, and managing logistics for TCCRI events the next. He enjoys the wide range of responsibilities and skills necessary to help keep TCCRI an influential voice in Texas public policy. Before joining TCCRI, Gray interned for Speaker Dade Phelan during the 87th Legislative Session. 

 

Gray graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration in 2020. As a native Austonian, Gray continues to live in his home city.
